I was forged in hospitality — twenty years across dive bars and five-star dining, from the block to Maui, Malibu, and Beverly Hills. Along the way I carried the wisdom of my cultura, my queerness, and the teachings of the barrio itself.
This work is not about chasing trends. It’s about creating ecosystems of sovereignty — where staff thrive, communities are uplifted, and guests walk away changed.
